Dr. Riyanto Teguh Widodo is a pharmaceutical scientist and academic in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Medicine from Universiti Malaya and postgraduate qualifications in pharmacy from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. His research interests include pharmaceutical formulation and technology, novel drug-delivery systems, pharmaceutical excipients, and nanocarrier-based delivery
Zike Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Science and is a professor at the School of Media and International Culture, Zhejiang University; deputy director of the Digital Communication Research Center, Zhejiang University; deputy leader of the textbook development team for the general education course "Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (B)" at Zhejiang University; and member of the Artificial Intelligence Ethics Committee of Zhejiang University.

Prof. Bing-Huei Chen is a Distinguished Chair Professor in the Department of Food Science at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, USA, and has over three decades of experience in research, teaching, and academic leadership. He has held several distinguished leadership positions, including Department Chair, Director of the Graduate Institute of Medicine, and Dean of the College of Human Ecology.
