CroatiaDr. Jurica Bosna is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Zadar. He holds lectures on the following subjects: Managerial skills, Macroeconomy, Quantitative methods, Organizational behavior and Decision-making. Has the experience of working in management positions in the real sector. Currently holds the position of Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Zadar and is Editor-in-chief of the international scientific journal Oeconomica Jadertina. He is a member of the Croatian branch of the European Association of Scientific Editors (HR EASE). He continuously improves his skills, thereby acquiring the latest knowledge and understanding in the field of management. The field of his scientific interest is wide, and he places a special focus on financial integration, resource management within the organization and sustainable management. He participated in many scientific projects and is a mentor to students on postgraduate doctoral studies.

Her research is in Digital Cultural Heritage/Cultural Informatics, particularly in the field of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) and Traditional Cultural Expressions (TCE), with an emphasis on the Balkan area. She has been trained in the digital curation of intangible, audiovisual and documentary heritage in Egypt, Belgium, and Germany as a grant recipient of the Leonardo da Vinci European Commission programme. She has been working as a project manager, researcher, and professional in over 10 European cross-border cooperation and national programmes in research, arts/culture, and education. She holds a BA in Art Sciences, an MA in Theory/History of Art and Curation (University of Ioannina, Greece), a Specialised Certificate in Cultural Management (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), and an MSc in Digital Humanities (KU Leuven, Belgium). She is a member of ICOMs International Committee for Documentation.

In the research area, besides being an assessor at his faculty and university levels, he has been awarded more than USD100,000 research grants for his interest in School Effectiveness and School Improvement, Educational Leadership and School Finance. Therefore, his experiences put in the shape of a journal namely Malaysian Online Journal of Educational Management by appointing him as an editor besides being an editorial board for some international journals like Bannu University Research Journal in Education, Journal of Economics and Finance, European Journal of Educational and Social Sciences and International Journal of Education Teaching and Learning.
