She has been the principal researcher and coordinator for the development of occupational health and safety policy and psychosocial risk management in Cypriot firefighters. She worked with Police Officials in Cyprus and the FBI to endorse knowledge on issues of Corruption in the law enforcement officers. Other areas of research interests are: Mental Health, Ghosting, Grief, Life Transition, and Internet offending (i.e., revenge porn. Cyber-harassment, stalking). Her recent research has examined: Internet offending; new approaches to the treatment of offenders, and the neurobiological basis of offending. With her research she is using cognitive neuropsychology and psychobiological approach, while interested in investigating psychological interventions to promote mental health and wellbeing. Her research was published in distinguished scientific journals like, Psychological Science, Perception, and Journal of Vision and she has presented her findings in various international conferences (EWIC, EPS, VSS). She is a member of various international research networks and professional bodies like the American Psychological Association (APA], the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA], the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT)and the British Psychological Society (BPS).

She received a Master's degree in economist-manager, a PhD in economic sciences and a Doctor of economic sciences at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University (Ukraine). The results of her scientific research are presented in more than 150 scientific publications (19 articles in publications indexed by Scopus and/or Web of Science databases), 22 author's certificates and 10 monographs. As a leader or member of a scientific or organizational committee, she participated in the organization of more than 20 scientific conferences. As an academic coordinator, she carried out 2 research projects sponsored by the European Commission. She is also President of the Regional Center of European Educational Scientific Enterprises, an Expert of the NAQA and Expert of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, an Expert of the Scientific Committee of the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, a member of the Association to Excellent Women Academics 'AcademiaNet'. She obtained a doctorate (PhD) degree in 2009 and a habilitated doctorate in 2016. During her career, she has held senior positions in several state administrative and judicial bodies. She has also performed the duties of head of department and head of the institute in recent years. She is the editor and member of the editorial board of several Hungarian scientific journals. (E.g.: Kodifikáció és Közigazgatás, Közigazgatási Eljárási Jogi Közlemények, Közbeszerzési Értesítő Plusz) In addition, she is a member of several bodies, such as a member of the Hungarian Lawyers' Association, a member of the public body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and a member of the Circular Economy Interdepartmental Standing Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. She is a member of the RENEUAL European Research Network, the president of the Public Administration Procedural Law Association, and the leader of the Greenology Green Innovation and Sustainability Knowledge Center. Dr. Boros has been the leader of several types of research in the past period, mainly in the areas of public administrative authority procedures, green economy, circular economy and sustainability. So far, she has helped the work of nearly twenty doctoral students. Seven of them have already obtained a scientific degree at the Hungarian universities. Her research areas include the green economy, the relationship between sustainability and economic law, the emergence of green innovations in individual sectors, certain aspects of the circular economy, and the economic aspects of public administrative law.

His most recent experience in this area required him to travel to Kenya and Malawi for project monitoring and evaluation in the educational sector funded by the Gates Foundation. He is part of the Wellcome Trust consortium whose mission is to build the next generation of evidence synthesis tools driven by artificial intelligence to deliver rigorous living evidence in climate and health that matters to policymakers and other evidence users called the Digital Evidence Synthesis Tool Innovation Yielding Improvements in Climate & Health (DESTINY). As a young enthusiastic scholar, Alang is quick to learn and willing to transmit knowledge to others.
